Our three-hour Youth Mental Health Aware course is designed for organisations supporting young people. Delivered by licensed instructors, this foundational session equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognise and address mental health challenges in youth. It’s the ideal starting point for those beginning their Youth Mental Health First Aid journey.
The first step is knowledge
This course is ideal for individuals who would like to become a Youth MHFA Aware and to gain the knowledge, awareness, and skills to spot signs of young people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support.
This course is the foundation level for individuals who are looking to take that first step in their Youth MHFA journey.
