A visionary leader dedicated to transforming workplace wellbeing through personal connections and expert guidance. A licensed Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) instructor and accredited Health and Wellbeing Life Coach, with a background in Sports and Public Health, Colin uses his passion and expertise to empower employees and leaders to develop healthier habits for life.
